Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time ( Make Your Own Hours)
Commission: $5000-$6500/Monthly Based Salary
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses based on lead conversion rates & campaign success.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to help elevate the brand presence and generate high-quality leads for SSCW. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and lead generation to support our real estate investment business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads for property acquisitions.
* Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote the brand and drive engagement.
* Create and optimize content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
* Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, including property listings, flyers, and email campaigns.
* Manage ad campaigns, including paid social media ads, Google ads, and other digital platforms.
* Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
* Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or digital marketing. (Not Required)
*
Familiarity with social media platforms and paid advertising.
*
Strong writing and content creation skills.
*
Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
*
Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and Facebook Ads Manager.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
