Acquisitions & Dispositions Managers

Location: Remote (or specify location if needed)
Job Type: Full-time (Make Your Own Hours)
Commission: $4000 Base Salary + 15% Commission per closed deal
Bonuses: (Performance Based)

Job Description:
As an Acquisitions/Dispositions Manager at SSCW, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and dispositions. You will work closely with the team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure successful property transactions. This position combines both acquisition and disposition responsibilities, so you must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple aspects of the real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and source off-market properties and distressed sellers using various lead generation methods.

Negotiate purchase prices with sellers
*
Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, agents, and other industry professionals.
*
Assess property values, market trends, and investment potential to determine the best course of action for each deal.
*
Manage the sale of properties, including finding buyers, negotiating prices, and ensuring smooth closing processes.
*
Track and manage the deal pipeline, ensuring all documents, contracts, and communications are completed on time.
*
Provide regular updates on deal flow and pipeline status to the leadership team.
* Assist with the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions.

Qualifications:
* MUST BE 18+ FOR THIS POSITION
*
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions and/or dispositions. (Not required)
*
Strong negotiation skills and experience with contracts.
*
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
